The course aims to promote knowledge and use of cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) and training in clinical practice, offering participants the opportunity to meet well-known experts in the field, assist in live demonstrations of CPET and discuss clinical cases. The whole spectrum of CPET applications in cardiology will be addressed by the course, with a special focus on the use of CPET for exercise training prescription and prognostic stratification in cardiac patients.
