Annual Symposium

The Annual Symposium on Heart Failure is a two-day international conference gathering leading international experts from basic and clinical research. State-of-the art lectures are mixed with presentations of ongoing projects and clinical trials. Abstract Sessions are a major part of the program. PhD students and early career scientists present their work to a panel of international scientists with an opportunity for immediate feedback. The Annual Symposium is also an important opportunity for Norwegian scientists to meet with international scientists at the forefront of their field in an informal atmosphere. NORHEART provides travel grants to PhD students, and continue to acknowledge excellence in presentation and scientific quality through abstract prices decided by invited international experts within the field.
