Cardiac researchers and clinical cardiologists need to know key concepts and terms for measuring and describing the function of the heart. This three-day course will provide a comprehensive review of the following topics:
The course curriculum will be covered in lectures and practical training by analyzing and performing calculations on previously recorded measurements. The course is aimed at clinical and translational researchers with an interest in cardiac mechanics and hemodynamic theory.

The course takes place at Oslo University Hospital Rikshospitalet on Tuesday – Thursday, 23rd-25th April.
How to get there: Ground floor entrance to the A3-builiding is underneath the sky-walk from the main Rikshospitalet building to the A-building crossing over the tram tracks. The seminar room is located at Institutt for kirurgisk forskning on the ground floor of the A3-building, straight through the sliding doors between the elevators and in the metal doors on the right.
