The main purpose of the Exercise in Medicine Seminar is to discuss recent progress in the use of exercise as medicine. The digital seminar brings together young and experienced researchers in the field of epidemiology, clinical cardiology, exercise in medicine and basic mechanism of cardiovascular function.

Due to the covid-19 situation, the 8th Seminar on Exercise in Medicine will be arranged digitally over three days in December.

The program includes sessions about the role of fitness and heart health during a pandemic, exercise and brain health, and how to implement exercise as medicine in clinical practice.

Detailed program and information on how to register can be found here

Exercise in Medicine is hosted by the Cardiac Exercise Research Group in collaboration with NORHEART.
