The Annual Symposium on Heart Research is a two-day conference gathering leading experts from basic and clinical research. State-of-the art lectures are mixed with presentations of ongoing projects and clinical trials. Abstract Sessions are a major part of the program. PhD students and early career scientists present their work to a panel of scientists with an opportunity for immediate feedback. The Annual Symposium is also an important opportunity for Norwegian scientists within cardiovascular research to meet in an informal atmosphere.
